Road Map to Clean Kerala

Based on a rapid situation analysis, it is felt essential to develop implementable and replicable models for moving from desires to well defined deliverables. Further, it is necessary to extend the activities to the entire state by opting appropriate technologies, building dedicated and motivated team, systematic and intensive awareness and information, education and communication (IEC) campaigns and adopting appropriate policy guidelines. In order to realize the goals set, the following implementation plan is thought off for the Mission.
